Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan were the stars of Pakistan's 10-wicket victory over England.

Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan both scored centuries as Pakistan chased down England’s first innings total of 481 to win by 10 wickets on the last day of the Test match at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

It is Pakistan’s first Test match victory over England since 2010 and only the second time they have won a Test match by 10 wickets.

Babar Azam finished with an unbeaten century, his second in Test cricket, while Mohammad Rizwan scored his maiden Test century as Pakistan reached 482-0 with over 10 overs to spare.

The victory is a tremendous boost for Pakistan cricket and will no doubt help to silence the critics who have been calling for Babar Azam to be sacked as Test captain.

It is also a huge fillip for Misbah-ul-Haq, who has come under pressure after Pakistan’s poor run of form in Test cricket in recent years.

This victory will no doubt give Pakistan a lot of confidence going into the rest of the Test series and they will look to build on this wing in the next Test match, which starts on Friday.

My Opinion:

I think this is a great win for Pakistan and it will no doubt help to boost their confidence going into the rest of the Test series. I think Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan both deserve a lot of credit for their performances in this match and I think they will both be key players for Pakistan in the future. I also think that this win will help to silence the critics who have been calling for Babar Azam to be sacked as Test captain.
