Mairis Briedis (born on February 8, 1985) is a Latvian professional boxer. He has held the WBC cruiserweight title since April 2017, and previously the IBO cruiserweight title from 2016 to 2017. As of September 2020, he is ranked as the world‘s second best active cruiserweight by The Ring magazine, and third by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board and BoxRec.

Who is Jai Opetaia?

Jai Opetaia is an Australian professional boxer. He is the current WBO Oriental and Australasian super welterweight champion.

Amateur career Opetaia won the Aba South Championships in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In 2013, he beat Joseph Parker in the final, who would later become World Champion. Opetaia then won the Australian National Championships and competed at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014, where he lost to England’s George Groves in the semi-final of the light welterweight division.
