She attended St. Antony’s Convent School in Adampur and later an International School. Navpreet went on to pursue a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from KMV College in Jalandhar City.

Navpreet Kaur’s interest in modeling began at a young age when she watched fashion shows and beauty pageants on television. She was fascinated by the glamour and glitz of the fashion industry and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in modeling.
As a student at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya in Jalandhar, Navpreet Kaur participated in the Femina Miss India contest. She was awarded the title of Miss Punjab, which was a stepping stone in her modeling career.
Navpreet’s modeling career took off after she participated in the Femina Miss India contest in 2017. Despite not winning the title, she caught the attention of several brands and agencies. She has since then appeared in numerous TV commercials and photo shoots for various renowned brands. Navpreet has also worked as a part-time RJ.
