The 18-year-old’s situation at Benfica has been monitored by both Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan, but according to Record, the Blues have resisted the interest of the European powerhouses in signing him.
After Todd Boehly spent more than £106 million on Enzo Fernandez during the January transfer window, the agreement would be the second between Chelsea and Benfica in as many months.
